The White Space day hire

A whole studio space with its own meeting room and facilities…. just for a day.

Need space for a workshop, or somewhere you and your remote team can work together? Maybe you need a pop up shop, or a photostudio space.

The White Space is a versatile space kitted out with everything you could possibly need. No contract, simply hire it for a day or half a day.

Day hire starts from £175 making it one of Leamington’s most desired working space.

Off peak - Monday and Friday
£88 half day - £175 full day plus VAT

Peak - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
£125 half day - £250 full day plus VAT

The Gallery is a beautiful workspace, located within our main Forty4 zone and located on its own mezzanine.

Day hire starts from £175. It’s a space your remote team will love.

What’s included:

No one wants a small desk. All our desks are full size, and include a full size screen.
All our forty4 members get free access to our meeting rooms. Resident and part time members get 15% discount on The White Space.
All our members get free access into our dedicated zoom rooms for all those important calls.
All our members get full use of our ready to go professional podcast recording suite.
All our members get free refreshments - including a selection of teas, barista style coffees and filtered water all on tap…and on us.
Access is between 9am and 5.30 Monday - Friday. Full time residents get full 24/7 access after 6 months.
Full use of our high speed internet, connected via gigabit ethernet network and the latest wifi 6 grade wireless network, with Watchguard firewall protection.
